It takes a leader that after a year, he admits he may have made a mistake and attempts to correct it.
Aranda, being soft spoken, amendable, and yet observant in his own way, has decided he is going with
other position coaches. It takes a STRONG Leader to make that type decision. I didn't see where he ever
complained that he wasn't pleased with what was happening, he just tried to always make it better. But
in the end, improvement never happened. So, he DECIDED to make certain calls. Time, again, will tell if his new
decisions will be for the Betterment.......having a year to think and evaluate the situations, I definitely believe they will.....
