Dear Friends and Fellow BearFans

This football season will be a lot different for me.

Going through Chemo, which is hard.

While we love our season tickets (Section 104) they have a lot of sun exposure (especially early in the season), and frankly my wife and I are afraid to attend the first four games, as I don't want to become a medical emergency.

So, I am "going public" with my request to find 2 club seats for this season only.

In return I can offer my own two seats in 104 and law school parking and whatever else it takes to get 'er done..

Bear Foundation has not been helpful so far, although I have been a member for 43 years.

If anyone has any ideas, would appreciate a PM.

Just looking for a little help.

VIEWING THE TRANSFER PORTAL

Took a view of the Transfer Portal and it was most interesting to me to see where some of the players were choosing to Transfer.
Baylor with its' Transfers, as we now know Aranda has seemingly bought in for 'NEEDS.' But some schools just brought in 'Bunches.'
Louisville was seemingly the winner bringing in 26 Transfers. WVU, Houston, TCU and SMU, BYU, UCF, had unusual numbers and loaded up with Transfers but no one.
came close to Louisville
So, teams playing these schools will definitely have some more indepth scouting to do......but as always,
the BEARS will always Sic 'em and BEAT them all this year.........

TEXAS TECH IS BECOMING---BAYLOR WEST--

As we anticipate the 2023 Football Season and going against the red raiders, Which could NOW be called BAYLOR WEST--as the BEARs will be facing a familiar face in football, HC, Joey McGuire. Then for the Men's BBall season, HC Grant McCasland,, another Scott Drew disciple, as he showcases his talents there. BOTH learned their basics at Baylor.
And as we know a whole host of other former Baylor Athletic Staff employees are there as well.....However, for the raiders, NO WINS against Baylor in any competition whatsoever.
NONE. So, in addition to each respective Season, these games will definitely be of interest.
Sic 'em Bears, always be the BEST you can be.....

The official Baylor official visit schedule

By Kevin Lonnquist
Publisher

If it’s June, then it’s official visit season for Baylor. This is going to be the month that should tell a lot about where the 2024 class is going.

Dave Aranda’s program will dedicate three weekends to host their most-valued targets, June 9-11, June 16-18 and June 23-25. Nothing will be occurring this weekend as there is a youth camp scheduled for Friday, June 2.

However, these visit weekends will coincide with Baylor’s summer camp schedule with those dates on June 10 and June 24. RGIII will hold his own camp at BU on June 17.

Currently, Baylor stands at six commits for this class. As always, this will be an updated list that will stay push pinned until the last week.

As for how many commits Baylor will secure for the 2024 class, that’s become more of a moving target with the advent of the portal. Keep in mind that 11 of the 33 new players added for the 2023 roster came via the NCAA transfer portal.

Happy Summer!
