This is a bit odd. If you remember, DeSoto RB La'Darren Brown was at the June 7 camp. He said recently that he puts Baylor and Oklahoma State at the top of his list. However, the Bears have yet to offer him. I know that he's been talking quite a bit with Baylor RB coach Jeff Lebby. Brown said in June that Baylor is looking at him as an athlete. That hasn't changed. I know Baylor likes him quite a bit. How much to offer is another story.
The question is how much things could change for him if/when Baylor offers. IMO it could be a case where Baylor doesn't want to offer him yet because the staff may think he'll commit immediately.
