Kevin - I just saw a Rivals article from today titled, Alabama Offers 2017 Receiver. Saban just offered Keyshawn Johnson's son.
In the article, I found the following sentence:
"Lane Kiffin showed my film to coach Saban and they said they wanted to talk to me," Johnson said.
"That's one of the best schools ever in college football history. If I could get that I would be really excited and I'd be more confident in myself. If someone like Nick Saban wants to offer me a scholarship that would be crazy.
"If I was to get the Alabama offer I would definitely look into it. The SEC is different than the Pac-12 and a lot of other schools. I would definitely be interested."
The 2017 prospect should be getting a look at Alabama soon as well. His father runs the Team 19 7on7 group and is planning a trip to Texas this weekend to visit Texas, Baylor, SMU and Texas A&M.
Since Snoop Dogg's son didn't end up heading Baylor's way, maybe Keyshawn's son will? I mean, just give him the dad gum ball!!!
I realize he is a 2017, but any thoughts on Baylor's interest here?
