FWIW Arlington Lamar 2016 QB Shane Buechele commits to Texas

The Longhorns got the QB they wanted. Baylor had shown little to know interest since Zach Smith committed way back in June 2014. And yes, he is the son of former Rangers third baseman Steve Buechele.

I saw Buechele in a scrimmage last summer against Colleyville Heritage. He does have a pretty big arm.
