Darrion Daniels Question

Were there academic issues with Darrion Daniels or something? We were really high on this kid last year, but faded off for some reason and didn't take any DT's. He looked really good in his first game with Okl St. and was very disruptive for them. Just curious as to if we know why we moved on from him.
