Expect we will be 7th in this week's rankings by the Committee. Assume we win out, and OSU beats the Sooners in Bedlam next week (big if, but if Mayfield hurt still, very possible). That would for sure move us up to 6th. Iowa and Michigan State are ahead of us and one has to lose to the other (though they could both trip in their final regular season games against Nebraska and Penn State, respectively, as both are road games). At minimum we would be 5th.
Notre Dame is the key. Lose to Stanford and we would be 4th. Beat Stanford and they are probably in, and the Big 12 AND the Pac 12 would be shut out.
