(On RG3 to Browns)
It was a deal where everybody was going to wait to see what everybody else was going to do. That's according to Robert when I talked to him.
I'm really excited. It's a great spot for him. He can go in there and kind of get that place going hopefully. I know he's hungry, I know he's anxious, I know he's good. I think it's a great fit. Hopefully Josh (Gordon) can come back and play and they can rekindle what they once had. If I was looking for a place that would be a good one to start.

In the last 50 years there have been 49 Heisman winners and he's one of them. He's different. They don't give the Heisman to a guy who can't play. They give it to the best guy in America. We believe in him.

(Similarity between RG3's first years at BU and Cleveland) There are probably some similarities, no doubt. If you're a football player you're a competitor. You take a situation and make it the best it can be. That's what he'll do there. I remember back to the Dog Pound days, and if it hadn't been for the drive (by Denver) who knows what would have happened.. There's so much parity it can happen.

(Defensive Line) It's been really good. Jeremy Faulk has really come on. The last two practices he's been really dominant. He's a guy who can be really explosive and physical, and he's got a relentless motor. I'm real excited about him. Overall, we've run a lot of 3-man and that helps the system a little bit. We'll rotate three or four D-ends and two or three guys up front. It (3-man line) helps us to put more of our type of guys on the field defensively.

(Seth in last Friday scrimmage) He was good. He was a littledefensive line rusty starting out, there might have been a little bit of a fatigue factor after we practiced pretty good on Thursday and came back on Friday.

I think we're trying to rush into the situation a little bit. He's been a little sore a couple of days, so he'll be limited today. Not anything with his neck, just his body in general. Actually his pec muscle. It's a deal where we'll try to figure out where he's at and try to go through it.

Stidham is very capable and ready to go.

(O-line progression) It's a little bit better. There's a glimmer out there. It's good. B.J. (Autry) has been really good the last two practices, he's kind of catching on. Big Dom as had a couple of good workouts. Those are guys we need to come on and do well. The other guys are contributing. Those are a couple of guys who really need to make a move.

You have to know what you're going to do before it happens. That's just the most important characteristic of that job. Everybody's got a skill level. It's predictability that matters. That's the thing you get by eating at the same table and listening to the same songs and doing the same thing on the field.

(Elsewhere) DT Byron Bonds had a tendon deal, we'll hold him out for a little bit (probably for rest of spring and be ready in fall). We've been in pretty good shape.

Pooh Stricklin has really looked good at receiver. He's done a good job here as of late. JaMycal Hasty has really done well. Defensively Jameson Houston has kind of flashed at corner. He's an athletic guy who can come on. There's a lot of guys who are going to get in the mix because our overall skill level has increased the last couple of years as far as depth.
