WACO, Texas – Baylor men's basketball freshman Keyonte George suffered a mild ankle sprain on Saturday in BU's 81-72 win over No. 8 Texas.

George will miss Monday's road game at Oklahoma State but is officially day-to-day, and will be reevaluated ahead of the Bears final game of the regular season against Iowa State.

George is averaging 16.3 points per game this season, which ranks fifth among freshmen in NCAA Division I. The Lewisville native has 12 games of 20 points or more this season, which is a new Baylor record.

Baylor is currently 21-8 (10-6) on the season and will resume its schedule tomorrow night against Oklahoma State on ESPN's Big Monday at 8 p.m. Bob Wischusen, Fran Fraschilla and Kris Budden will be on the call Monday night in Stillwater
