How Do You Stop Baylor?

This is a very unscientific comment, but looking back over the last 4-5 years who has beaten Baylor? I think if you want to beat Baylor today you have only a couple of options:

1. Score more than 40 or forget it (WVU-TCU-OSU have/can do it)
2. Get ahead and put pressure on Baylor offense (OSU-WVU and TCU almost did it last year

Some teams try to "slow play" Baylor and although Snyder has come the closest this just doesn't seem to work. I think it is the reason why UT and OU have such poor records against us the past 5 years.

If I was going to beat Baylor this year, I would force Russell to stay in the pocket, play safeties for LBs to contain him and force Baylor to throw the ball. I think we will be able to run it at will this year if we have any passing game at all.

If we just had a top 25 defense we would be in the top 3-5 nationally every year. Hope this is the year our defense steps up to the next level.
