It looks like Baylor is going to get the commitment of College Station DB Rajah Preciado. He told Matt Clare that he has committed but I'm told there are couple of things that have to be resolved first. I know Baylor really likes Preciado. He attended the May 31 and June 7 camps in Waco. Baylor offered on Monday.
