I wouldn't look for Southlake Carroll 2017 S Robert Barnes to be in attendance at the game. Given his commitment to the Sooners, it may be a bad look (and there's a reason we're saying that). We do know that Baylor and Barnes have talked as recently as last week.
But with the stakes of this game, it might put him in an awkward position. Given what we learned Friday -- I was at the SL Carroll-Cedar Hill playoff game that Carroll won, 37-33 -- it doesn't sound like Baylor has conceded anything at this point.
And with Barnes still talking with Baylor, you can draw your own conclusions from that.
