The new Cowboys training facility isn't just a training facility. It's a $1 Billion mixed use facility with concert stage, 24 hour gym, two mile running track, 2,000 sq. foot Nike Store, dozens of sponsors, a 500,000 square foot indoor football stadium where high school teams will play, and a hotel.
My thoughts:
Jerry Jones may not be a good general manager, but he's a heck of a businessman. The guy's got a painting hanging in his living room that's worth more than I have or will ever make in my life. He'll make another fortune off of this, but it's hard to imagine the Cowboys being able to concentrate on practice in the middle of this carnival.
