>Baylor recently conducted in home visits with 2016 Irving MacArthur PG Andrew Jones and 2016 DeSoto C Marques Bolden. Jones wasn't the surprise but Bolden was given that everything seems to be pointing to him ending up at Duke. As for Jones, Arizona probably still leads but the Bears continue to hang in there.
>As we mentioned last week, the Baylor coaches are out on the road visiting high schools. The coaching staff is split up between Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Florida and South Carolina.
>Some of the 2018 recruits the staff is evaluating are Dallas Bishop Dunne center Grayson Carter, Boerne power forward Tristan Green and Advanced Preparatory International guard Isaiah Lewis. We also know Baylor is looking at 2017 Greenville Legacy Charter (S.C.) forward Nicholas Claxton.
We expect there to be more underclassmen visiting for the Rice game on Sept. 26. Everything we know tells us the 2016 official visits will start in October.
