Looks like RGIII wasn't cleared from the concussion he suffered. Plus, Game 3 of the preseason is the dress rehearsal. It's a tough break for RGIII but if he hasn't been cleared then that made the Redskins choice easy.
Yes, his experience in Washington has been a mess after his rookie year. We'll just see how it plays out this year. I'm sure he's going to get moved if this year is anything close to what the last couple of seasons have looked like.
