BU Mad brought up the idea of institutional control. Some have suggested that there may be a problem at Baylor (especially our "holier than thou" competitors web goons).
There is a website called Arrest Nation that factually disputes that claim. This web site shows the number of arrests by team (pro and college)

I am not proud of our recent problem. I am not offering excuses. And some arrests are worse than others. We need to learn our lesson. Its just that no one can cast stones at us (except KSU and maybe Tech - and as a West Texan I find the Tech ranking shocking).
