Just wanted to make you aware of some of the things that are coming to your home for Baylor recruiting news and other sports news. The moves are being made so your connection to SicEmSports/Rivals will be more friendly especially from a mobile perspective.
On Jan. 12, Rivals will unveil new home pages and content pages on each of its franchise sites. It will give a cleaner look to the site not only with presentation but access to the corresponding pages that will involve the message boards, recruiting, football and basketball. When these changes occur you should not have any disruption with your ability to access the site. These changes are being made in correspondences to what we did by changing the message boards in 2015.
However, if you do run across an issue with logging in please let me know at baylorrivals@gmail.com. I'll do what I can to let my producers know so this can be fixed promptly.
We started the transition Monday night from an experimental standpoint. If you read the Xavien Howard story, you took note of the new format of the story presentation. This is the way content items will look moving forward. This change to the stories, allows Matt Clare, others and myself to ability to place tweets, photos and videos easier. From a video standpoint, we can use Yahoo, YouTube, VIMEO and HUDL.
Of course, the timing is such so we will have everything ready and hopefully bug free by National Signing Day on Feb. 3.
