Baylor associate director of player personnel Brian Nance is leaving BU. He just tweeted this. But I can tell you from what I understand, he is heading to Texas Tech and join Joey McGuire. One thing I have found out during this is that several Tech recruits had mentioned him recently during their recruiting process.
