If the mantra is that its better to lose early in the season rather than late in the season, who thought it would be a good idea to heavily back load the schedule for every Big 12 contender???
The general consensus among the brain dead media and CFB playoff committee is that a one loss Big 12 champ will get snubbed. Which of course is shameful considering the overall strength of the conference.
If the Big 12 gets left out of the playoff this year, I would hope that the conference ADs and presidents get off their asses and do something about it.
They should start by firing the worst conference commissioner college athletics has ever seen.
