Big 12 Returning Starters

I was looking at Phil Steele's 2015 Returning Starters and saw that Baylor is tied at #10 in the nation with 17 starters returning (8O & 9D). The #1 ranking goes to Appalchian St with 20 returning starters. Here are the Big 12 rankings for returning starters:
1. Baylor - 17 (8 offense & 9 defense)
2. Texas Tech - 17 (9 offense & 8 defense)
3. Oklahoma St. - 16 (8 offense & 8 defense)
4. TCU - 14 (9 offense & 5 defense)
4. West Virginia - 14 (6 offense & 8 defense)
6. Iowa St. - 13 (7 offense & 6 defense)
6. Oklahoma - 13 (7 offense & 6 defense)
6. Texas - 13 (8 offense & 5 defense)
9. Kansas St. - 12 (6 offense & 6 defense)
10. Kansas - 8 (4 offense & 4 defense)

Just thought it was pretty interesting to see. If we can develop and improve our defense and get consistent QB play, we will be in good shape.
