Each year, Baylor coaches are assigned to a particular player(s). Uusually, other coaches interact with the
athlete to definitely gauge his thoughtys.
New coaches, Tate Willis and Cris Dishman have not been assigned to a particular recruit, but undoubtedly, are
working close with the veteran coaches. Undoubtedly they are learning the nuances of recruiting, but more
importantly, they are being taught the "Baylor" way of evaluation. Great to have them on board. Next year they
will get their assigned recruits.
