Baylor adds punter/PK

Palmer Williams is from Davie County in Mocksville, NC. I'm out and I'll check to see if a ship is available for him simply because of how few spots this 2023 class is and what they're still chasing. This program does well with punters who aren't coming from Texas between Issac Power (North Carolina) and Spencer Roth (Tennessee).
Williams was at a Baylor camp earlier.
