2017 QB Offer (confirmed); Baylor after 2016 de-commit

Jason Howell got it confirmed from the Denton Guyer 2017 QB Shawn Robinson has been offered by the Bears.

Also, North Mesquite OT Jean Delance tweeted today that he has de-committed from Oklahoma and has been in contact with Baylor.
